Most agents will promise to sell your home, but in today’s market, it does not always happen. Many homes sit on the market for months, and some never sell at all. For a home seller this can cause unnecessary hardship and a downpour of financial difficulty which puts your life plans on hold.

I want to keep myself accountable to you. If I don’t sell your home in 29 days, like I have promised, I will sell it commission free. I will give you this guarantee in writing as part of our listing agreement.

If your home sits on the market without an offer for longer than 29 days from the time I list it, I will continue to market it aggressively but will forgo my commission for not fulfilling my commitment to you.
